A Fenland dog styling shop’s online pet show raised £300 for a Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue home.

Doggy styling, in March, put on the show to raise funds to buy goods for Wisbech based Staffordshire Bull Terrier Rescue.

The photo competition was open to all types and breeds of pet with a special class just for Staffies.

SBT Rescue is entirely run by dedicated volunteers, all of them dog owners, who take in unwanted dogs and try to find them new loving homes.

Many staffies that come into their care are badly neglected, some have Mange, many are underfed and often under socialised with other animals and people.

Some are handed over by owners who are no longer able to care for their dogs, genuinely through no fault of their own and some dogs are cruelty cases.
