A driver who blew almost three times the alcohol limit was arrested in March yesterday following a collision.
The driver, who had been drinking and failed the breath test, blew 100 micrograms of alcohol for 100 millilitres of breath, however the legal limit is 35mg of alcohol for 100ml of breath.
The driver was taken to the Police Investigation Centre.
