A woman from Eastrea has overcome her food addiction and lost three stone this year ... now, she wants to help others do the same.
Anna Foster struggled with her weight for 20 years, but, since joining Slimming World, she says her life has been transformed. She regularly does 5km runs and is only one stone off her target.
She said: “The thing I love is that my children now say ‘Mummy you look beautiful’ and I know they actually mean it.”
Inspired by her transformation, she has signed up as a Slimming World consultant. Her first group meets at 7.30pm on Monday July 13 at Coates Primary School.
