A MAN has been jailed for eight years for his part in a crime spree in March High Street.
Perry Cole, 24, of Doddington, was convicted of two counts of robbery, one count of grievous bodily harm, one of actual bodily harm and one of affray. He committed all the offences between September and January.
Speaking after sentencing, March sector inspector Robin Sissons said: "He is a dangerous offender and the streets of March are safer now that he is behind bars."
Cole was given an eight-year sentence at Cambridge Crown Court on Friday, and will serve a minimum of four years before he will be considered for release.
