JUST for fun, Brakespeare dipped into another local publication's website to see whether they were still running an on line poll about the local elections.
Sure enough, there it still was (on Tuesday but expect it to be gone when you read this) asking their readers: "Will you be voting in the local elections?"
Bravely he plumped for 'yes' to be comforted with the update that 46 per cent of their readers would be voting whilst 54 per cent opted for 'no'.
One was left wondering whether the voting pattern may change in the 3 years and 11 months before the next local elections.
