ELY Museum’s Passion of Fen Skating exhibition shows why people today enjoy such an old tradition.
Sara Brown, assistant curator at the museum in Market Street, said: “Fen skating is often considered to be an historical pastime but this exhibition shows that this sport is still enjoyed locally today.”
The exhibition, which runs between September 1 and October 14, includes photographs of fen skaters and a look at the sport past and present.
