Viva la difference! Ely will come alive with a continental market when stall holders from across Europe come to the city for Bank Holiday weekend.
Organised by international market event operators Savoir Fayre, the stalls include French, British, Spanish and Italian goods as well as jewellery handmade from Baltic amber.
From Saturday 28 to Monday 30 the market will be open from 9am to 5pm with stalls including French charcuterie and cured meat, French cheeses, saucisson, crepes, bread and snacks, Spanish paella and fajita, Moroccan couscous and confectionery.
The market will also feature Italian clothing, accessories, jewellery and crafts, along with soap from Marseille, glass, china, pottery and garden furniture.
All traders are fully checked and accredited by the Market People - a new system of booking and accreditation - and can be easily contacted before or after any purchase.
