Emergency services rescued a man who had fallen down some stairs and was trapped on the first floor of a building in Chatteris.
Magpas Helimedix was among the first on the scene after the man, in his 50s, fell down some stairs off the High Street.
Fire crews and an East of England ambulance service team were also called to get the patient safely removed and taken to hospital.
“It was a challenging extraction from the first floor of the building,” said a Magpas spokesman.
The incident happened at around 4.20pm yesterday. The man was taken to Addenbrooke’s hospital where, on arrival, his condition was reported to have “greatly improved”.
