VISITORS to the Whitemoor Function Centre on Friday were licensed to dance when the Everybodysalsa group held its New Year bash.

The night was given the theme 07 Licensed to Dance, combining the start of 2007 with a James Bond theme following the release of the latest Bond film, Casino Royale.

It gave budding dancers the chance to try out salsa, with foundation classes offered for the evening alongside intermediate lessons.

There was also a prize for the best Bond costume, whether it be one of the tuxedoed secret serviceman himself or one of his glamorous counter agents.

Everybodysalsa, run by Alan Bull from Peterborough and Patty Amos from Doddington, holds regular classes at the Whitemoor Function Centre, in Whitemoor Road, March, on Wednesday evenings.
