ALL things associated with the Fens went on show over the weekend at the first Welney Country Fair.
Almost 400 people visited the fair, held throughout Saturday and Sunday at the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust centre on the outskirts of the village.
Cooking demonstrations, vegetables, organic produce, welly whanging, pond dipping, guided walks and children's apple hunting was just some of the fun of the fair.
Also included were book readings by CA Chance, author of the Trepets books, bird box making and eel trap weaving. Stallholders included the RSPB and family-run vegetable growing business Shropshires.
Proceeds from the fair will go to the Wetlands Trust.
