IF YOU have ever thought about starting your own religion, now is your chance.
With a guide price of 150,000, owning your own church has never been so easy - though the remaining steps of creating a faith might be a bit more hassle.
And if you don’t intend to start a cult, this former Methodist chapel at Harrold Bank, six miles from Wisbech, could make a fine two-bedroom home, according to auctioneers Cheffins.
The Cambridge-based company will preside over the sale of Gorefield Chapel, which stands in a plot of just over half an acre.
The auction on June 20 also has 30 other lots including a “wooded holiday hideaway in Essex” and a block of apartments in Ipswich.
