TWO female cadets secured more athletics success for March 1220 Squadron by bringing home medals from the Inter-Wing Championships in Leicester.
Sgt Lauren Arnold and Cpl Katie Dickson both claimed silver medals as they took on air cadets from across the five other wings which make up the Central and East Region of the UK.
Sgt Lauren Arnold took silver in the 400 metres and then helped the relay team to a bronze medal. Cpl Katie Dickson was a late call up for the shotput but stormed to a silver medal.
Lauren said: “You really have to step up a level at region and we are both pleased with our success.”
