AFTER 40 years working in local government, Norman Eighteen said farewell to friends and colleagues at a special retirement presentation last week.Norman held a number of posts in the council and retired as head of legal and democratic services.Former colleagues and councillors were among those invited to the presentation in the Council Chamber at Fenland Hall. Among the speakers were the council chief executive Tim Pilsbury, former chief executive Norman Topliss and former leader Councillor Alan Melton.
