Fenland nursery school celebrates National Family Week

BLACKBERRY House Day Nursery celebrated National Family Week at both of its Fenland centres.

Parents joined their children at the nurseries in March and Wisbech for a host of activities which included breakfast, an art morning and a Polish information evening with Blackerries’ bilingual nurse Magdalena Laba.

Families also joined staff for a big family lunch and fun day during the week and local farmer Peter Lanker also brought a ‘little red tractor’ along for the children to explore.

Children enjoyed story time in the nurseries outdoor reading area with Snow White costumes courtesy of Abracadabra fancy dress hire in March.

• Blackberry House Day Nursery continues to promotoe healthy eating and offers families to join their children for a free breakfast between 7-8am daily. Papernts can pop in with their child before leaving with a complimentary coffee or tea.
