A SCHOOL football team played an exhibition match at Peterborough United Football Club as a reward for finishing runners-up in the nPower Football League Kids Cup.
The team from Alderman Jacobs Primary School in Whittlesey played on the full-size pitch at London Road on Friday.
Youngster Curtis Simmons said: “The best bit was just playing in the amazing stadium and having fun! I don’t think there was a man of the match, everyone was outstanding.”
At the end of the morning the boys were all given a scouting letter, offering them the opportunity to join the Posh Summer School.
