FENLAND Scrapstore has secured a permanent home in March - with a special creative workshop planned to celebrate the opening.
The Scrapstore, which promotes the reuse and recycling of materials, is set to move into the Renewal Park, in Foundry Way.
The grand opening takes place on July 16 from 11am-1pm, with a workshop for youngsters and tea, coffee and cakes.
The Scrapstore accepts reusable business and domestic scrap to reduce waste that would typically end up in landfill sites. It aims to provide opportunities for work, support the local community and help people to unleash their creative side.
Membership is required to get access to the Scrapstore. People can sign up free for a limited time by visiting their website: www.fenlandscrapstore.co.uk
Businesses with reusable waste can contact the Fenland Scrapstore to find out how they can do their bit for the environment. Contact them by email on: info@fenlandscrapstore.co.uk
