A CAKE stall will be held in a Fenland shopping centre next week to help raise cash for a three-year-old girl who suffers from cerebral palsy.
Staff at Paperbox in Wisbech’s Horsefair Shopping Centre will sell cakes to help raise cash for Sophie Clarke. The money raised will go towards buying her a specially adapted bike.
Sandra Armstrong, store manager, said: “I wanted to help when I heard Sophie needed a bike so we decided to sell cakes throughout the day to raise some cash for Sophie.”
Kevin Smith, Horsefair manager, said: “I’m very pleased that Sandra and her staff are helping to raise funds for Sophie’s Appeal. Our shoppers are always very supportive of the store’s fundraising events.”
