FAMILIES from the Waterlees ward in Wisbech had a cracking time over the Easter holidays at two fun days held at the Community House and Oasis Centre.

One of the highlights was an Easter egg hunt in the Community House garden. Other popular activities included making Easter cards, baskets and puppets.

About 80 children and parents took part in the two events. Both were supported by the Citizens Advice Bureau, with Easter eggs generously donated by KLFM.

Jayde Thompson-Watkinson, from Community House, said: “All the children really enjoyed themselves. The Easter egg hunt went down a treat and they loved the crafts, too – and the parents seemed to have a good time as well!”
