ARE you a tradesperson looking to cash in on the opportunities in the growing market for “green” energy?

A free workshop covering all you need to know about the installation and efficient use of the latest low-energy technologies, such as solar panels and air-source heat pumps, is being held on September 26 at Octavia View in Wisbech, from 3-6pm.

There will also be information and advice on working with residents to help them use green energy technologies, energy metering and other domestic energy efficiency measures. The workshop will include a tour around a live installation site.

The workshop is part of the SmartLIFE retrofit for business project, which is supported by Fenland District Council. It is open to anyone who works in a company based in the East of England with fewer than 250 employees,

A free hot supper will be provided and there will be a chance to network with experts in the industry.
