DO you want to earn extra cash by working for yourself? Or are you looking to work from home to fit in with school hours?

Many people dream of setting up their own business but don’t know how to get started. Now help is being made available at a series of free advice sessions starting at Community House, 10 Southwell Road, Wisbech, next Friday (September 9).

They are being run by Paul Gardner of Norfolk and Waveney Enterprise Services (NWES). He said: “These will be very informal, one-to-one chats for people who’ve got some ideas about what they want to do and need some initial advice. We’ll be pointing them in the right direction and giving some basic tips.

“Over the years we’ve helped thousands of people set up on their own – doing everything from hairdressing and jewellery making to cleaning and trading on eBay. There are lots of different opportunities.”

The project is funded by Roddons Housing Association. The sessions will be on Friday afternoons, from 12.30pm. Anyone wanting to attend must book in advance by phoning NWES on 0845 609 9991.
