FENLANDER: New Cambridgeshire recycling scheme means unused paint can be put to good use

YOU can put your unused paint to good use under a new recycling scheme set up across Cambridgeshire.

Residents can now take tins with usable paint in them as well as empty tins to the household waste sites at Hundred Road, March, and Boleness Road, Wisbech.

The March-based Cambridgeshire Community Reuse and Recycling Network (CCORRN) will then organise the collection of the paint for use by local charities, community groups, housing associations and individuals in social need.

The site in Whittlesey can only recycle the tins.
