A tractor and a muck spreader were well alight when fire crews reached it in a Fenland field.
Two crews from Wisbech were called to tackle the fire in Roman Bank, Leverington yesterday afternoon.
A fire service spokesman said: “One tractor and a muck spreader were well alight in a field and four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire.”
Crews returned to their stations by 3.35pm.
The cause of the fire is believed to be accidental.
