A MAN accused of possessing a firearm in March with intent to commit robbery will appear at Cambridge Crown Court.
Nicholas Jordan, 36, is alleged to have been in possession of a tasar, an electronic stun device, in the town on May 1.
He is further accused of attempting to rob USA Chicken of a CCTV video cassette, using racially aggravated threatening behaviour, and being in possession of amphetamine and herbal cannabis on the same date.
Jordan, formerly of March but now living in Peterborough, was given unconditional bail by Fenland magistrates on Wednesday, and told to appear at the Cambridge court on November 10.
Jordan denied possessing an offensive weapon, a hammer, in Ash Grove, March, on March 31.
He is accused of assaulting two youths on the same date, but did not enter a plea
Those matters were adjourned for six weeks, so he can be committed for trial at Cambridge Crown Court.
