Fire crews from Chatteris and Dogsthorpe along with Fenland Animal Rescue helped rescue an injured swan from a Fenland river.
The crews attended the Sixteen Foot Bank on Tuesday and the firefighters used rubber dinghies to reach the swan, which had a broken wing.
After being retrieved from the river, the swan was handed over to the animal rescue team who were on hand to ensure it received the necessary veterinary attention.
