THE June meeting of March and District Flower Club was opened by Anne Lombardo, treasurer, in the absence of secretary June Dempsey.
Names were taken for the outing on August 14.
Demonstrator was Gill Shanks of Whittlesey whose demonstration was entitled Just for You.
Teas and coffees were served after the demonstration and the draw for the arrangements took place.
New programme secretary will be Noreen De Lousey.
The weather was kind for the strawberry and cream teas in the secretary's garden on June 19. Once again it was a great success.
At the next meeting, on July 10 in Trinity Church Hall, (7pm) Leslie Beeton of Coates will give a demonstrartion entitled 'It's My Pleasure'.
