Football, rugby and hockey matches postponed as Fenland freezes

Key clashes across the area have been postponed, with football, rugby and hockey teams all suffering from the wintry weather.

Wisbech Town’s home game with Norwich United has been called off due to a frozen pitch, and Wisbech Reserves’ top of the table clash with Linton has also been postponed.

The GER pitch has also fallen victim to the snow, with March Town United’s clash against Fakenham Town postponed along with the reserves’ fixture at Cottenham.
