AN Emneth man presented a cheque for �550 to the hospital where he received cancer treatment three years ago.
Former patient Paul Bingham, his sister Mandy Pears and her daughter Hayley held a fashion show at Chatteris Working Men’s Club in November on behalf of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King’s Lynn.
The money they raised will go towards new equipment for patients in the hospital’s chemotherapy unit.
Mandy Pears said: “This is the second fashion show we have held to raise funds for the unit.
“We want the money to go towards helping other patients, as a thank you for the good care given by the hospital staff.”
