HADDENHAM and Aldreth’s annual Blossoms and Bygones event will be taking place again on Sunday, with this year’s festivities taking on a 1940s theme.
Running between the two villages from 12pm-5pm, the annual extravaganza will see an Olympic Torch relay, using a replica 1948 torch, from Haddenham Green down the High Street and through to Aldreth.
There will also be trailer rides around the villages, an open day at the brick and tile museum, traditional games, music from Waterbeach Brass Band, open gardens, refreshments and much more.
