Four people are currently in police custody at King’s Lynn on suspicion of neglecting a vulnerable adult with a police spokesman dismissing reports of a body being discovered in Lerowe Road, Wisbech as untrue.

Police attended two addresses in Churchfield Road and Suttons Close, Outwell, Wisbech this morning (Monday) and arrested four people on suspicion of neglecting a vulnerable adult.

A further search warrant was executed in Lerowe Road, Wisbech as part of the ongoing investigation.

An 18-year-old man and a 68-year-old man, of Churchfield Road, Outwell, were arrested and are currently in police custody at King’s Lynn Police Investigation Centre (PIC).

A 30-year-old man and a 53-year-old woman of Suttons Close, Outwell, were also arrested and are also currently in custody at King’s Lynn PIC.

A police spokesman said: “It is pure speculation that a body has been found – we can confirm that this is not the case.”
