FOUR men have been arrested in dawn raids this morning (Wednesday, February 14) as part of Operation Horsford - the investigation into the murder of Dainius Kigas in Wisbech last June.

Police, including detectives and specialist search trained officers, executed the arrest warrants in Wisbech at just after 7am.

The men, two aged 25, one aged 30 and one aged 28 have been arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to murder. They have been taken to Bridge Street Police Station in Peterborough where they will be interviewed by detectives throughout the day.

The arrests follow extensive police inquiries in England and Lithuania following the death of 35-year-old Dainius Kigas, whose body was discovered in his burnt out Renault Traffic van in Turnpike Court, Wisbech, on June 3, 2006.
