LADIES from the Gadabout Girls Red Hat Society in Wisbech were part of a 200-strong contigent of Red Hatters to enjoy a long week-end at Mundesley Holiday Village on a “Days Gone By” weekend.
The Red Hatters took part in three themed party nights with tribute bands, along with a special train trip from Sheringham to Holt, and a river boat trip on the Broads.
Member Mary Watt said: “It was a wonderful week-end in celebration of older women and the laughter and friendship was warm and fabulous.”
The Gadabout Girls Red Hat Society meet at Mendi’s in Wisbech on the first Wednesday of each month, for a meal at 7pm. For more information see the Gadabout Girls web site.
