HUNDREDS of residents filed into Chatteris town centre on Saturday as Santa dropped by for the Christmas lights switch-on.
Families got into the festive spirit as the town was illuminated with a host of decorations.
Youngsters helped Santa with the switch-on before Chatteris Community Cinema held an open afternoon at the King Edward Community Centre.
Visitors were welcomed with mince pies and mulled wine and given the chance to watch the cinema in action.
