MORE than 250 budding young performers will take part in a Doddington school’s annual Christmas play,
All 230 Lionel Walden Primary School pupils and 30 nursery school children are performing in the giant production of Rapunzel.
The final rehearsal took place yesterday ahead of two evening performances in front of excited family and friends.
Lynn Clark, School Administrator, said the pupils can’t wait to take the stage,
She said: “They are definitely very excited about it.
“All the staff are helping out and parents have contributed all the costumes.
“The Christmas play is definitely one of the school’s biggest events.”
