STUDENTS at a Fenland secondary school wowed audiences at their sold-out production of Arthur Miller’s The Crucible.
Performers from Cromwell Community College in Chatteris took the stage for the two-night run of the play, set amid the Salem Witch hunts of the 1960s.
Kieran Young and Becca Everitt starred as Proctor and Abigail, with George Coady and Damien Beeby as Hale and Reverend Parris. The show, in the school’s South Hall, followed the quest to rid the community of witchcraft and free them from the clutches of the Devil’s work.
