Everything didn’t quite stop for tea but dozens did leave their offices for a while to join the celebrations for a business park celebrating its 25th anniversary.
Grovemere Property was keen to celebrate the achievements of the Lancaster Way over the past quarter of a century – and invited their tenants, friends and business community to join them.
On a perfect summer’s day the company hosted visitors from the park and were delighted, too, when their guests contributed a magnificent £1,126.51 to charity.
Caron Clutterham of Grovemere said: “We are thrilled that through donations for tea, coffee, sandwiches and cakes that we managed to raise this figure in aid of Breast Cancer Care -our chosen charity,”
Grovemere staff was able to chat to guests – against a backdrop of live music- as they also outlined their ambitious thoughts for the next 25 years.
Grovemere began life 90 years ago as agricultural merchants, a family owned business, which has evolved into providing modern business parks.
