Pupils donned their most spectacular headwear for their school’s Easter bonnet parade.
Staff at Park Lane Primary School also got into the Easter spirit with their colourful bonnets, while the Easter Bunny visited the nursery to surprise the children and hand out early Easter treats.
Lorraine Quince, communications & IT support co-ordinator at Park Lane Primary School and Nursery, said: “The Easter egg-stravaganza is always an egg-citing time in school.
“We pride ourselves on combining learning with play and creativity. The Easter egg hunt in nursery always has a community feel to it as younger brothers and sisters, parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles all join in the fun.”
