THE village was alive with activity for the 50-garage sales trail. Despite being a damp and windy morning most sellers did brisk business. Each seller paid three pounds to take part and the proceeds after advertising fees had been paid were donated to the Methodist Chapel. Organisers were Bob Turner and Gregory Lachkovic.
