Drivers in Wisbech experienced delays after an 83-metre long transformer was escorted through the town on its way through Cambridgeshire.
Cambridgeshire Police accompanied the transformer, which weighs 342,500kg, along the A47 to Race Bank Onshore Substation in Walpole St Andrew on Sunday February 21.
The abnormal load travelled along Lynn Road, School Road, Mill Road and Walpole Bank.
The BCH Roads Policing Unit escorted the 5.23 metre wide device, which arrived in the country from Polan by boat, between midday and 3pm.
