AN international trade forum on global business opportunities was held in Chatteris on Wednesday.
Professor Alan Barrell a leading authority on globalisation and entrepreneurship, hosted discussions and seminars alongside renowned international trade experts on markets such as Brazil, India and China.
David Gilgrist presented a workshop on 'Pitching for International Business' designed to help companies and individuals develop techniques when pitching for new business.
Others involved in the Forum were Professor Jay Mitra, from the University of Essex, and Dr Belinda Clarke, the UKTI regional international trade adviser for biotechnology and pharmaceuticals.
The forum, at the South Fens Conference Centre, Chatteris, was supported by Fenland District Council.
