THE chairman welcomed 44 members and one guest to the latest meeting of the Good Companions Club. Birthday cards were given to Barbara Watson, Olive Phillips, Jackie Lakey and Fred Quince. Mr and Mrs Wally Blazey celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary
THE chairman welcomed 44 members and one guest to the latest meeting of the Good Companions Club. Birthday cards were given to Barbara Watson, Olive Phillips, Jackie Lakey and Fred Quince. Mr and Mrs Wally Blazey celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with cake and sherry with the members. Tombola was played and the special prize was won by Mr Warwicker. The afternoon closed with the club song.
