The property, Waldersey Farmhouse, is at Friday Bridge, and has three reception rooms along with a kitchen and several other ground floor rooms. On the first floor are five bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the second floor, two attic rooms.

There are plenty of period features including original fireplaces, doors, tiled flooring and cornicing.

Outside is a circular entrance drive with a range of mature trees. In addition it has a walled courtyard and a total site area of 1.55 acres.

Auctioneer, Simon Gooderham, said: "Listed building consent has been given for internal and external renovation and a planning application has been submitted for the construction of a two storey garage and annex. The guide price is £290,000 to £300,000.
