CAROL Hawkins has graduated as a mature student from the College of West Anglia, King's Lynn, with an ILM level four diploma in management.
She was educated at Westwood Junior School and Hereward School, March, and is the daughter of Douglas and Winifred Tyers. She previously worked as a nurse.
She is a founder, former project leader and manager of West Norfolk Dyspraxia, now practising in the wider voluntary sector of West Norfolk.
Last year she won the mayor's award for best management student at the College of West Anglia.
