A couple’s fund-raising total for the year has passed £900 after they opened their garden to the public for the second time.
Paul and Maria Nielsen-Bom have spent hours tending to their garden in Henson Road, March, and twice this year has opened it as part of the National Open Garden Scheme.
They held their second open event of the year on Saturday and raised £322 — taking the annual fund-raising total this year to £905.
The money raised all goes to cancer charities.
Visitors enjoyed walking around the garden and had a chance to buy plants and enjoy refreshments on offer.
