A MAN has denied charges of sexual grooming and sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 16.Dennis Shaw, 66, of Orchard Close, Leverington, is alleged to have committed the grooming offence in Christchurch between September 2004 and September 15 last year, and assaulted the girl on or before September 15 last year.He is further charged with driving an Emblings coach taken without the owner's consent between September 1, 2004 and September 15 last year, and driving the coach without insurance along the B1098 Sixteen Foot road between the same dates.Fenland magistrates decided the charges were so serious they must be dealt with by Cambridge Crown Court, and adjourned the whole case for committal on April 11. Shaw was granted conditional bail.
