A guide price of nearly £5 million has been placed on a 467 acre farm in March that has been put up for sale.

Savills is selling West Fen Farm in March, Cambridgeshire which comprises a commercially diverse holding of about 189 hectares (467 acres) in all. It is available as a whole with a guide price in excess of £4,850,000, or in individual lots with price on application

The land at West Fen Farm is Grade 1 arable and vegetable land and includes two abstraction licences. Also within the sale is a three bedroom, modern bungalow, 1,900 tonnes of grain storage and a former substantial beef fattening unit. The land has been farmed on a rotation of high yielding wheat, maize, potatoes and oilseed rape,
