Cigarettes and other tobacco products worth thousands of pounds have been stolen from a supermarket petrol station in Ely.
Offenders forced entry to the Tesco forecourt shop in Angel Drove by removing a rear window at about 3.30am yesterday (Monday, May 25).
They forced open the shutter to the cigarette and tobacco storage behind the till area and removed a large quantity of cigarettes and tobacco before leaving the building via the same forced window.
The offenders are believed to be two men wearing gloves and balaclavas, one wearing a blue hoodie with pink writing and the other wearing a black hoodie.
Anyone with information or anyone who is offered cigarettes for sale should contact PC Andy Harding on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
