The East Anglian air ambulance was called to a man in March after he injured himself while lighting a log burner.
Ben Huskisson was lighting the log burner when the incident happened on Sunday afternoon in which he suffered burns to the side of his face.
An East Anglian Air Ambulance spokesman said that the ambulance landed at Flagrass Hill at about 3.45pm.
After liaising with emergency services it was agreed Mr Huskisson needed to be taken by land ambulance to Hinchinbrooke Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
