A cat who had only been with his new owner for three weeks has gone missing prompting a plea for people to keep an eye out for him.
Kenny the silver and grey tabby cat was brought to March from London and was kept indoors for three weeks until he got used to his new home in Deerfield Road.
But when Ann Carden had the builders in they accidentally left a window open and the cat escaped on Halloween.
She now fears the cat will be anxious as it does not know the area plus there has been a week of fireworks.
If anybody spots the cat please call owner Ann Carden on 07796-582812 or 460234.
