Representatives from the Education Bureau in Hong Kong visited Cromwell Community College last week.
The purpose of the visit was to inform the Chinese about national special educational needs policies and practises and to discuss the way Cromwell implements the guidance.
Sarah Amor, special educational needs and disability co-ordinator, spent the afternoon with bureau employees demonstrating how the SEN code of practice is embedded within the school system to ensure students achieve the best possible outcomes.
A presentation was made to Principal Jane Horn in recognition of the school’s hospitality and assistance in demonstrating the school’s day to day working practices.
