A horse collapsed and is in a lot of distress near Ring’s End.
Police and the RSPCA are dealing with the animal which was found between the Shell garage and the roundabout on the A47.
A police spokesman said: “We were called at just after 12pm with reports of a horse in distress at Guyhurn.
“The RSPCA, police and a vet are all in attendance. We believe the horse has collapsed and is in a lot of distress.”
